Quite a stretch of the word terrorism. Wonder if a Tesla owner totals one in a crash, or if another driver crashes into one in an automobile accident, will those be terrorism? Those cars achieve protection at the level of the constitution or president. Bad road to drive!

"Reducing bureaucracy" doesn't actually appear to be the goals of the current administration, same for the claims of massive fraud. Neither of these characteristics can be reduced by termination of services or staff. It's more of a lack of intelligence that causes thoughts of waste and bureaucracy.
