"77 million Americans voted for this" #FAFO

Yeah, many did... but *that* many? Don't get shortsighted by the number

Do they -- honest to god -- believe that being trans has to do with sex/pornography?

I can't tell if they write like this just to further their ends, or is their first & only thought when they hear "transgender" really a porn category? wtf

Btw, to use this tool, zoom in or out to see at different scales. Hover over the nodes to see the sentences. There's a search bar to highlight nodes with certain phrases, like in this screenshot. Phone works, but computer is easier.

Honestly not learning much, they're just incredibly hell-bent, twisted in how they see the world /:

The 900+ pages of #Project2025 are daunting, and that's on purpose. So imagine collecting all those sentences and exploring them as different colored islands.

Well over 200 marched, not including the other #50501Movement protests going on in Boston

Here's a pic from the end of day, where we conclude:

Yes, it's been a firestorm, & continues to be, but we stay positive, we stay resilient, because we have to — we will make it through

I have to give it to them... they're pretty good at keeping up their such conspicuous irony & projection for so long

While everyone can get caught in social bubbles, Trump supporters do seem to be more clustered

About 75% of US scientists, and about 50% of US trans adults, have considered leaving... These could be underestimates, since I know friends who have already left.

I research role models and how they may appear in school curricula. Here's a graph of inventors in the National Inventors Hall of Fame (NIHF), of the count of men and women inventors (using "him", "her", etc. as proxy measures).

Over 600 inventors inducted since 1973, less than 10% women.

At the #StandUpForScience rally in #Boston, it's refreshing to be with real people (like, not just Blueskyers) who share my concerns, are just as outraged, and live in the interconnected community in which I am part of

Science communication is important now more than ever
