You're not wrong. His surgeon who told him he was fine said the error was made because his GP thought he only had one kidney. This comes down to all the different systems accross hospitals and the fact they are not integrated.

I've told him that. He has a strong degree of proof. The woman who called him from the GP service followed her call by texting him links to Chronic Kidney failure information.

The excuses are almost as embarrassing as Mountbatten's pizza express story. Oops I slipped and accidently dug up ten year old footage from an archive and carefully cut, edited and spliced it into the new footage.
