We show that localized Treg depletion in the tumor can:
(1) Enhance tumor control w/o generating autoimmune toxicities
(2) Empower NK cells to control MHC I-deficient & MHC I+ tumors
(3) Allow cDC2s to activate CD4+ T conventional cell production of IL-2
