I love the implication that these sorts of comments are ok _some of the time_. "You only picked the bad texts where he did bad things!! Sometimes he DIDN'T say those things. BOOM"
As you can see in the story, the developer's lawyers say the texts were cherry-picked and are misleading

Using JavaScript or other creative tricks to animate open a box with unknown contents will soon be a thing of the past. Let's tinker with two new approaches native to CSS.
