they drag him along to the east blue crew's meet-up spot where sanji and nami are waiting. he asks for directions then learns how far off he is. it would probably take 2 hours to fly there (more because he cant fly straight but he's not admitting that) so he decides to settle down temporarily.

when he lands, he tries to follow kuina's directions on the ground but unsurprisingly can't find the right starting point considering he's in the completely wrong town. but he meets luffy and usopp!!

(i hope you can tell that that's a marimo on a broom below.) SO. you're supposed to fly in the direction your broom is pointing at, right. but zoro somehow manages to fly diagonally while his broom points straight. it's impressive, really. but very unhelpful. so he ends up along the east blue.

so zoro and kuina grow up in shimotsuki village. kuina doesn't die and when she's 13 she sets off for her training with wano, who is a cat. i imagine that before this they are raised by zoro's mom, tera, but that's just because i don't know many swordswomen from the series yet who could teach them 😭

i didn't come up with the idea for this on my own. it started with scrolling on pinterest. literally just search "zoro kiki's delivery service" and you'll easily find the two images that spawned this. they're by tanktrunk on tumblr. the below are my own
