Turns out the SAFER grant discussion solved itself for the time being as the window to accept the grant was automatically extended due to the federal government being shut down.

Apologies for the confusion tonight, folks! This meeting was indeed cancelled. The way the agendas were posted made it look like this meeting was scheduled for yesterday and that meeting was cancelled but today's was the correct time/date.
