The San Antonio Express News elected not to publish the Doonesbury cartoon yesterday and ran an old strip instead. I wonder why?

I’m still focusing on beauty (this is from my backyard) and haven’t yet watched the news.

I’m ready for blue skies. I’ve not read a newspaper or watched a tv news program since, well, 5 November. The best thing I have learned recently is that Niall Williams has a new book coming out next week. “This is Happiness” was a wonderful read.
