Yes 👍, the Eurostar trains used the central platforms before the sharp curve towards Sevenoaks.

In this case it seems that the platform was built for 2 tracks (like the tunnel gauge) and that one of the 2 was removed (often for economy, the double track being maintained on some sections for crossings).
