What if a 4 day work week was the norm?

In my opinion, definitely not. From both a challenge perspective and a fun perspective, that would trivialize illusions for many parties. Illusions are most fun when you have to figure them out and try interacting with it. As a GM I might say that there is active magic present in that area at most.
