The executive class wrongfully assume AI can replace their workers because they themselves could be replaced by AI.
Like that stat showing that execs use AI more than the managerial class who use it more than the workers. Frontline (useful) workers use it the least.

Sorry I was trying to cram my comment under the limit. I meant people have jumped ship to different subreddits for far less. I think it was also a default subreddit? I understand it's hard with the inertia of established communities.

Reddit was originally for people leaving digg - mostly tech and science oriented so I suppose they thought they were being 'adorkable'. This was like 08? I wasn't out as trans yet and didn't know much about bio essentialism etc. but I knew it irked me even then. I question why it hasn't been changed

ICE's escalation (and the economy woes) has caused the GOP to lose support of the independents, 'moderates' and swing voters that elected Trump, but it seems to be the thing that has most excited the MAGA base. The racism is explicitly what they voted for.
