You can’t manipulate a 🐴 horse into trusting you. It’s built thru thousands of tiny, consistent actions. A sudden change, even if it benefits them, makes a horse feel unsafe. Let's also take sudden shifts as a warning sign. Question them. Look for the real story. Let's take care of each other. 🫶

Running a big community means making tough calls. Not everyone will agree, & the loudest voices are often the most critical. Leadership isn’t about pleasing everyone it’s about creating a space where the right people feel safe. Those who appreciate what you build outweigh the rest. 💟
