The current upgrade of EstroGene2.0 (shorturl.at/WPiJK) curated and analyzed breast cancer cell line data under endocrine therapy, and the endocrine resistance models, including transcriptomics, ChIP-seq, and ER RIME datasets from 361 experiments in 212 studies across 28 cell lines.

In EstroGene1.0 (estrogene.org), we focused on E2-triggered ER activation in breast cancer cell lines from 246 experiments including 136 transcriptomic, cistromic, and epigenetic datasets. Learn more lnkd.in/dxNfZM-s
