What?!? Barbie was not very funny, surprisingly regressive and sexist (except for the 2 ham-fisted speeches in the middle), and had a plot that didn't make much sense. Barbie was Kim Kardashian feminism.

You really don't want to use Barbie of all films to try to make another film look good.

I really like Clayton too - he jumps off the screen when you watch him play.

But Beringer looks very intriguing too.

Calm is not the word I would use to describe him.

He looked Westbrookian out there - a whirling dervish of chaos mixing success and failure in near equal measures. I counted at least 3 crazy drives to the basket in crunch time that resulted in bad shots tossed in the general vicinity of the rim.

I need your help. I can't tell you what it is, you can never ask me about it later, and we're gonna hurt some people.

The number of times Luka and LeBron dribbled into the paint...then dribbled back out when Gobert was there doesn't get talked about enough.

I want it to be good, but saw a clip and thought "This is neither funny or dramatic."

Ant struggled in the clutch all season, then had the best clutch time game of his career just now. He elevates in the playoffs, that is a rare trait.

Pretty funny that a player who was very good outside of clutch time and bad in clutch time is nominated for clutch player of the year.

Some voters needs to go look at Ant's stats in clutch.

"We do have to be a bit better executing and that is going involve other people (besides Ant) getting involved.” - Finch

Hard to get other people involved when Ant brings the ball up, dribbles for 12 seconds, then takes a contested 3.

Our "superstar" makes bad decisions in the clutch.

Ant's is very interesting

Worst +/- on the team was Ant.

Even JimPete said on the broadcast "The Wolves have made alot of comebacks with Ant on the bench." Yes, yes they have.

At what point do we start benching Ant when the game is close. He makes some incredible 1 on 1 plays, but he still doesn't understand 5 on 5 hoops.

Does Kyrie really need to be compared to a violent rapist?

Seems like a low blow after he gets a season ending injury.

Really loved this article! It applies to more than sports.

People who are good at intuitively understanding blame/credit apportioning are often successful at building successful teams outside of sports. People who are bad at it, fail all the time at starting/growing businesses and communities.

Ant has not taken a leap forward this year. If anything it feels like his maturity has taken a step backward.

Do you think someone like KG coming back could help Ant? His maturation, on and off the court, feels like the difference between a career like Michael Jordan and one like Shawn Kemp.

Licorice Pizza?!?

What movie wasn't better than Licorice Pizza that year?

Made me so happy!

Very excited to read this!

Who knew the Wolves were allowed to score in transition?

The difference between slow-it-down Ant and speed-it-up TSJ on the break are night and day.

That was RUDE

Ant continues to suck in the clutch. Getting so I'd rather see anyone else out there in crunch time.
February 22, 2025 at 10:45 AM
Great article!

Grady has paired perfectly with the Wolves ascendancy. May it continue till we win at least one title.

Clark has been a breath of fresh air from his first game.

He does the little things like box out, make the simple pass, fight through screens. It elevates the energy of the team.

I was pleasantly surprised when he started knocking down shots as well. Two words: more Clark.

Why is a violent rapist being celebrated by anyone?
January 26, 2025 at 11:06 PM
I like Naz, but he has limitations as a player. I can see him getting a raise, but I don't think it'll be a huge one.
