Burrata salad with pea tendrils and (my banner) seared diver scallops with roasted mushrooms, truffle oil, brown butter, and fried sage.

El Huracan (twist on a Hurricane, only with rum & tequila instead of multiple rums) and did a layered "Pride" cocktail for June at the bar.

NY Strip basted in butter, garlic, and thyme.... only in cast iron!
