Today's online cooking lesson started with an idea from various ingredients I had in my fridge and freezer. Duck Confit Mexican Style. I had 2 #ducklegs in my freezer along #duckfat for the confit. I fried the homemade chips in duck fat. I made chipotle mayo dip for chips and spicy plum compote

I've been invited to be a judge at the World Steak Challenge taking place this September in Amsterdam. The contest sets out each year to find out the best steak in the world from the hundreds of sirloins, ribeyes and fillet steaks sent in from around the world. #chefkevinashton #worldsteakchallenge
