Not really sure why I'm even posting this. I suppose it's best to get it off my chest. Probably helps more than writing in a blank .txt nobody will ever read. Probably.

It was to the point where, for a while after I broke contact, I would get nauseous and start shaking after even just thinking about him. Definitely an overreaction, but still, I put a lot of energy into him and it was absolutely not worth it.

Re: the physical symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, trouble sleeping, shakiness, typical anxiety symptoms. Thankfully they're gone, but it was a truly miserable experience when I knew him.

Thankfully that kind of texture is fine for me but certain kinds of mush just destroy me. Like, mashed potatoes, texture like that is fine, but if it feels even sort of like it's already been chewed my brain starts freaking the fuck out even though I know it's fine and it tastes great
