I did in fact put on sunglasses and earplugs at Thanksgiving and eventually my mom dimmed the lights a bit and my dad turned the TV off so I could put them away 😎 And I am happy to report I did NOT get a migraine!

I would wear sunglasses and/or a hat. Gotta protect yourself. I get migraines too and will not hesitate to wear sunnies indoors or put in earplugs when my MIL's dog starts barking or my dad cranks the radio up too loud

This is the word I went out on at the regional spelling bee in 1993 😭 I spelled it "beaurocrat" and as soon as I got to the first r I knew I had messed up but I was committed so I kept going 🤧

Huh. This implies that I have at one time not liked one of their mixtures. When did I try it and not like it? Did I enjoy their other mixtures? It's a mystery.
