Was sceptical of AI, until I got it, it's just a powerful tab complete really, no IDE to using IDE. I heard two quotes recently that really stuck with me; AI won't take your job, but a dev using AI will. The other is; we code review each other to catch mistakes why do we hold AI to higher standards?

Lovely video not sure you will see this comment but if you had a tonne of coffee bits, it would be easy to grade by size and roast very similar sized particles. Small batch will have too much variation hence the sub optimal results, now you are dealing with non discrete bean sizing.

Great to see the behind the scenes, as some one who trained as Chem Eng and is learning about coffee, your series is ticking all the boxes. Was even inspired to do some home coffee tasting, learning by experimenting is wonderful. Bit like your foray into directorship.
