Tried to launch The Sims 3 so I could make a new character and get her a satisfying career (wish fulfillment through video games). It won't launch :( I've done all the troubleshooting online, but still no luck. 😢😭

New batch of resumes and cover letters are out. A few really good options in the mix, if you are so inclined, send a positive thought or two out into the universe for me, please? I'm having a bit of a hard time staying positive.

Can't get an interview, haven't found a job. But I keep doing things to remember that I can. This bag was made from the pieces of a bag I made myself that I hated. Instead of wasting it I to it apart bit by bit and made it into something better. A metaphor? No, probably not. Cool though.

Sent a time sensitive resume out yesterday, Gmail notified me today, 24 hours later, that it didn't go through. Re-sent it. In tears. Frustrated.

Ok... one interview this past week but no timeline, one really special application sent, with hopes piled upon it and a bunch of reasonable applications out to decent jobs. Keep getting out of bed,good things will come.

Lentil stew for the vegetarian, beef stew for the rest of us. Polenta to soak up the gravy. There is nothing positive to note on the job front, but at least my family is fed.
