Activities that help facilitate cheer and tumbling are a YES in my book! #aerialarts #dance #gymnastics and anything that strengthens those muscles is beneficial. My girl loves performing in our youth circus during OFF season. Also check your gym for things like camps and jumps/stretching classes!

Take all the photos! Our kids love meeting other athletes and it’s a great way to build up camaraderie amongst fellow cheer parents and coaches in the community. Our littles love joining celebration tunnels for different teams and gyms. In fact, it’s a great way to help win that #spiritaward 🎖️

Working on balance, making it fun! Before investing hundreds of dollars in a stunt stand, athletes can start working with yoga blocks, balance beams, and other props to develop that stability. We also like to incorporate a small bosu ball (flat side up). #cheermom #cheer #tinynovice
