Ingredients: 1 Cucumber 2 Roma Tomatoes 1 Red Onion 6 Pita Bread Rounds 1 lb 93% Lean Beef 3 Garlic Cloves 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt 1 tbs Italian Seasoning 1 tbs Dill Puree Utensils: Stove, Cutting Board, Knife, Silicone Spoon, Grater, Pan Directions: Grate 2 cloves garlic and 2 tbs of cucumber into the Greek Yogurt, and add dill puree to make Tzatziki sauce Dice the remaining Cucumber, Tomatoes, and Onion Add beef, Italian seasoning, and 1 clove of garlic (minced) to pan and cook until meat is fully browned Combine Tzatziki sauce, diced produce, and beef in pita bread Can be made vegan? Yes Can be made without electricity? Yes
