In the 80s. My 6 month old had chicken pox ( No vaccine yet ) At age 4 he had a strange rash . I took him to his doctor. He had shingles ! 4 years old!

This gives me hope. I cannot believe Our retired generals are on board with this but I can believe they give a damn and know when there are blatant attacks on American citizens.
