One other point, to comply with FSR we need to identify, recruit AND develop players. However, our coaching below the first team is mediocre. But, like with scouting, is an area we can pay market rates for top personnel to produce low cost, high yield players. But we won't, we'll gamble on players.

Change the road signs around so they get lost, flood the pitch for their training, bang drums (ahem) and set off fireworks all night at their hotel, slash the bus tyres and board up all entrances at Celtic Park. Still probably skelp us, but it would be more difficult than they expected.

Would agree with everything you said. More diverse than the mainstream, overall better insight and catering for a range of interests. Dropped the mainstream ones, except the Guardian's podcast, and just listen the extended Celtic family now. Never could've imagined such a time to be a fan.
