Just watched a puzzling news piece on BBC News about the ALPS Super Computer. My problem is that this computer is used to measure the effects of global warming while using a glacial lake for its cooling system, takes 7 C water for cooling & returns water to the lake at 15 C. What am I missing here?

Okay, I have a suggestion for the California Artourney General: The entire state should create an Escrow account with filed Federal Tax Returns. Let Trump gut the IRS and Audit every Californian!
