What a completely ridiculous response. EVERYONE agrees that murder is an offense that requires the lawful distribution of consequences. Are we now just using the cast a wide net approach in the hopes we'll catch murderers or potential murderers? Are "gang ties" illegal?This is not our country. FFS.
