The illustrations should be ok (there's non-sexual nudity though because nobody wears sea shell bikinis), the texts are mostly fine but some mermaids are a bit cannibalistic or eat the occasional human. I think 13+ is definitely fine, younger would depend on the child (and parents!)

When the pain isn't bad a part of my brain always goes 'You *could* draw, you're just weak/making excuses' and I feel guilty for not working BUT I'd rather take a break too many than not being able to work for months or chronic wrist issues
