The thing is, Trump can just direct the DoJ to release the files like he did with JFK. Also, so much flip flopping that I have a hard time believing they didn’t alter the files.

On one hand he’s told the DoJ to investigate CA for illegally redistricting and on the other he’s mad because IN won’t redistrict. BTW, CA voters decided to redistrict and TX didn’t listen to their constituents.

Trump isn’t saying he isn’t in the files, he’s saying he’s immune from prosecution because he’s president. This argument is patently false, SCOTUS said that a president is immune from prosecution for acts they undertake while in office for official business. He wasn’t in office then.

This is one of the most illogical statements, even for Trump. He wants to send money directly to us so we can find insurance through one of the companies he says is ripping us off, while not protecting those with preexisting conditions, who couldn’t get affordable insurance before ACA.

It certainly didn’t take Trump long to walk back his promise to fund SNAP…. He cares more about Argentina than he does his own citizens. How can he find $40B during a shutdown for them but $0 for us?

Abbott is presuming the outcome. I doubt he has a plan to execute this thought, like how to ensure that these will be imposed on the “right” people and what is he applying these to? He wants attract businesses here so what if a business moves and their from NYC? What if a MAGA wants to move to TX?
