Sometimes I forget I have this, because it’s… just part of the living room at this point.

This is a random globe drinks cabinet I re-painted to depict Arrakis (Dune) based on the map from the start of the original novel 🥰
Yellow-told globe inside a dark wood frame. Brown mountainous areas are scattered across the top of the globe, but it’s mostly desert.

Relaxing into this style now, I think. This one definitely was a challenge to finetune how I wanted it to look, but I am pleased with how it has ended up.

They’re wrapped tightly in red rope, with their hands out of frame and their forearms pulled close to the face. One of the ropes threads through their mouth, exposing their teeth to us. The painting is mostly just primary colours only loosely mixed using rough brushstrokes. There are heavy contrasts between the black surround / shadows and the blue-tinged highlights.

Brand new art for ya. My first try at following the style that my last painting embodied so well. It’s different, but I reckon it’s working! I suspect this will get some tweaks in a day or two but for now: I’m pretty happy 🥰

The shirtless person’s face is entirely hidden by the socked foot and their own hand. Their other hand is supporting the heel. The artwork style is heavily contrasted, painted using black, white, blue, red and yellow with very few midtones between and little fine definitive detail.

Pleased to report my learning of shibari/suspension is progressing well 🥰 big thanks to @bjslave.bsky.social for letting me dangle him off my suspension rig at @anatomiestudio.bsky.social 🥰
Buff male in just shorts, suspended in jute rope in a shibari studio. Arms are tied behind, one ankle secured to the wrists and the other up to the anchor point. He’s spun facing away from the camera at the moment, suspended in a kneeling pose but tipped onto the side. Some assorted rope and gear is scattered below on the floor. Buff male sub resting in ropes, several feet off the floor. He looks very chilled out! A shinju harness is holding his chest, attached to the mainline up out of frame, his hands are together attached to the front of the harness. A second gunslinger harness is on his left thigh and waist taking the rest of his weight. The right leg is twisted forward and up on its own seperate line. Gear is scattered in the background. A closeup of the tie between wrists (basic somerville bowline single column tie) and ankle (a simple wrap with a vine tidying away the end). This deals with three out of four limbs on a single rope, and is very easy to undo quickly.

Something to match the rainy stormy day today: Blue Room Boy, 2019. One of my early oil works, exploring a palette dominated by one primary colour. Definitely created a mood!

The only non-blue colouring is in his skin, which is very pale with a hint of pale pink highlighting here and there.

Another throwback / penwork piece. I drew this partially on my lunches at work! The blindfold is painted, with a Very Black Acrylic Paint for contrast.

Random throwback: I did this drawing back in 2020, when I was stuck in my house and had a lot of time to do pen work. I think, possibly, I was missing human contact and sex. It shows a bit, doesn’t it?

The person holding him is fully clothed, and is holding his head and has a hand clamped over the subs mouth. The figure removing his shorts is not wearing any other clothing. The piece is penwork with light musculature shading on the sub and heavier shading on the two doms. The two doms are only visible from the chest down.

It was nice to see my work on a wall this weekend 🥰 Had one enquiry about a purchase, too! Though they wanted to buy my favourite so… that was, sadly, not going to happen 😅

Also very interesting to find out which one of the three paintings people* liked best.
