I don't think it would be possible to overstate Blake's influence on the DNA revolution in criminal justice and the exonerations that followed. He genuinely changed the world for the better.

Rest in peace.

You don't place trust in—or do business with—those without ethics or scruples. I can't believe the very institutions that taught this principle to generations of Americans never learned that lesson themselves.

Any deal you do with Trump, he'll break. Then he'll break you.

How do they not see this?

She came into her job widely accused of being a foreign asset.

She now responds to those credible allegations by doing the first thing any foreign asset would do in her role: bury all intelligence on pending foreign threats to the United States.

It's almost like America doesn't *want* to survive.

URGENT BREAKING: United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia Erik Siebert just resigned after Trump said he wanted him out, following his refusal to indict Letitia James.

Note: He was appointed by Trump.

This is what “going after your political opponents” really looks like MAGA.

SICKENING!

Trump has quietly purchased over $100M in bonds since January.

FACT: When rates fall, bond values rise

So Trump isn’t just demanding Fed rate cuts for “the economy," he stands to personally profit. His intimidation of the Fed and calls for resignations suddenly make a lot more sense.

I was laughed at on Fox News for suggesting inflation was rising, but the numbers don’t lie—core inflation rose 0.3% in July and 3.1% year over year. The pace is accelerating, and that’s before most of Trump’s tariffs have taken effect. August will get worse unless Trump reverses course.

People have to stop trying to normalize what’s happening in Gaza because “Hamas is to blame”

Of course Hamas is to blame. That doesn’t mean that mass starvation isn’t indefensible.

We have to be better than this. You can support Israel and still respect the sanctity of life.

Be warned: It is explicit, it goes extremely hard, and it is a banger.

And one of the many reasons we need to start having this conversation now—and why cowardly Democratic politicians need to get over their aversion to having this conversation now—is because the number of dead attributable to Trump and Musk this year will end up in the thousands or tens of thousands.

This is part of the Grand Bargain. Trump did it while no one was watching and much of media will ignore it.

Upshot: Trump just cleared Russian banks to finance foreign civil nuclear programs... Middle East, here comes the Kremlin.

Adorable, gullible, hapless marks.

The sociopaths will discuss:

▪️ Keeping Netanyahu out of prison
▪️ Cleansing Gaza of nonwhites to make way for Trump Tower Gaza

If, as CNN reports, the war council went on for hours—and if, as CNN has written, the White House was keen to keep it secret from us—the number of foreign and domestic Trump associates who could've dipped in and out of the council is extraordinary.

And Trump may have been there.

Ah.

So the major-media reporting telling us that the Israelis found "new intelligence" this April that required an immediate strike was a lie.

Someone explain to me how that isn't what's newsworthy here.

How *that* isn't the headline.

But what do I know? I only taught journalism as a professor.

This chart is absolutely essential.

It explains why Trump removed America from the Iran Nuclear Deal in 2018.

Because it was *working*.

Trump needed a cause for war, so he manufactured it. This has all been in the works for some time now. He was never "weighing options."
