i would hear a song i haven't thought about in years and it would affect my brain the exact same way. i feel like it's pretty rare for me to completely fall out of liking a band or something. i guess i do sometimes like things begrudgingly, but that's out of my control.

at least with mesa, i only didn't get to complete it day one because of the invisible ceiling. i attempted roots like five times and got absolutely nowhere near the top, even on the easiest difficulty. skill issue?

the first half, save for the choruses, are in 7/4 (specifically, 4/4+3/4). however, the bridge is two phrases of seven measures of 4/4 instead. am i saying this right.
