On the one hand this is a gorgeous view near West Point. On the other hand, this pull off is titled and I'm basically on a cliff face. I'm remembering why I hate heights.

My personal copies of issues 1 through 4 of A Profound Waste of Time finally arrived. Utterly fantastic looking, the cardstock feels sublime, the articles are gorgeously laid out, with interesting typography, and their content is incredibly insightful. 10/10 will buy again.

Decided to bake some more this morning. Did a 87% hydration, 3/4 wheat, 1/4 rye flour mix set of loafs.

Needs some improvement, very dense but had a nice crust and shape.
