First painting of 2025 is finis! Here it is, along with 3 detail shots, and an insitu from @smartist I’m aiming for the gulf coast in winter vibe spare and bleached out but still some color. Also composition makes a stable triangle. I’ve been in Europe viewing the classics.

Well blue skyers the new year is settling in. Today I attempted to get back in the groove but tomorrow is the weekend so I’m letting it go until Monday. Still my yard thinks it’s a special day!
