Something I forgot to include: many AAA studios answer to shareholders. These investors expect steady growth and profit, which can push studios to raise prices or add monetization systems (DLCs, season passes, microtransactions).

So when people say things like “AAA is overpriced compared to Silksong,” I think they’re missing the bigger picture. These are two completely different types of projects, built under totally different conditions. Comparing them directly especially just based on price doesn’t really make sense. 8/8

There’s no massive publisher behind them, no multimillion dollar ad campaign, and far less corporate overhead. That’s why they can offer the game at a lower price point and still deliver a high quality experience. 7/8

On the other hand, Silksong is being developed by Team Cherry, a small indie studio made up of just three core developers. Sure, they still have expenses software, hardware, possibly some freelancers but it’s nowhere near the scale of a full blown AAA production. 6/8

One big factor that often gets overlooked is the publisher. Most AAA games are backed by large publishers who finance the development upfront, handle marketing and distribution, manage legal and compliance issues, and take on most of the financial risk. 4/8

programming, design, art, sound, QA, production, and more. All of these people need to be paid. On top of that, there are major expenses like infrastructure, software licenses, servers, localization, legal fees, and ongoing support. 3/8

und dann kommt noch das mit dem Freischalten der Chars durch Kamek ich sitze jetzt schon keine Ahnung wie viele Tage dran endlich die Letzten 3 Chars zu bekommen aber nope kein Glück :/
und die Sammel sachen fühle ich irgendwie nicht ich meine wow man Bekommt Sticker das ist aber toll :/

und Noch Frustrierender ist der Rally Modus ist ein Bot Extrem weit vorne Kommt nicht einmal ne Blue Shell bist du aber nur eine Sekunde vorn kommen gefühlt 1 Blue Shell, 6 Red Shells und ka wie viele Bots mit Pilzen :/
mich Frustriert es einfach nur.

Hab das Gleich Problem aber nicht nur mit Spielern alleine im Normalen Grand Prix habe ich dauernd das Problem gehabt gerade bei 150ccm das Die KI genau dann die Passenden Items bekommen wenn du Vorne bist und fast nur auf dich nen Fokus haben.
