Usually when I’m almost-there-but-d’oh-just-yet – things worked out almost alright but I need to adjust the results and it’s easier to do that in place (e.g. because I have _that_ file open elsewhere already and want it to auto-refresh).

I never understood why quote posts of bad takes are better than screenshots – quoting gives them reach, potential new follows, etc., while screenshot is yours to control (and you can still link the post if you really feel like it).

it’s been over twenty years since I had a desktop, but this one was too cute to pass up – plus 24 cores at 65 W, 96 GB RAM, nice semi-galvanic separation of 2 TB Windows & 4 TB Arch Linux NVMes, two 2½ Gb/s Ethernet ports & others I had to catch up on (OCuLink!) 😊
