Lately I’ve been falling asleep between 9pm/10pm, waking between 12:30am/1:30am and not able to fall back asleep until around 4am. What the hell?

The day after I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, I slipped into a hypomanic episode that peaked on day 8. Then the shift began. Now I’m entering a depressive episode.It feels like driving through a brightly lit tunnel at night, watching the darkness grow closer and larger as you near the exit 💈💈
