Well, the original plan was to smoke something on the egg for election day but we have a burn ban currently in Maryland. So I ended up making a beef bourguignon. And I held back a little of the red wine for myself 😎

Finally able to try Cava and see what the fuss is about. It was pretty good! However my Spicy Greens salad bowl was not what I would call spicy. I guess living in Southeast Asia has altered my spice tolerance.
