Gotta love it when your overnight print runs out of resin. I'm gonna attempt salvaging this. I hate wasting materials. I'll sand those areas flat, print the missing parts separately, and then glue together.

I did a few tests with the resin printed mold. Every time, it did get a little better as I got more familiar with the expanding foam, but I think a silicone mold is going to perform better. So I printed out a master and the next step is to make a mold.

Here is a sword and shield combo I was commissioned for awhile ago. The sword might look a little funny. The blade is bare foam as the person who commissioned it was planning to cover it in fabric.

Big order of custom pouches on the way. I was able to get the main panels cut, dyed, painted, antique, and sealed today. I think I'll be able to get all 8 done tomorrow.
