Done for the week.

Didn’t trade Friday. After a tough mid-week, knowing when to sit out is part of the job. Reset over the weekend, back Monday with a clear head.

Didn’t trade. Wasn’t in front of the charts today. After two red days, sometimes the best reset is stepping away completely, no screens, no second-guessing, just distance. Back at it tomorrow with a clear head.

Wrong from the start. Took a small bounce near breakeven, then the setup invalidated hard. Cut it, walked away. Two ugly days back-to-back, it happens. Reset, review the tape, and come back stronger tomorrow.

40% off Tradeify ends tonight! 🚨

This is the last few hours to grab the Select Plans at 40% off.

When you break your trading rules, what usually comes first: boredom, FOMO, or trying to “make back” a loss?

What is the exact rule you keep breaking when that emotion shows up?

Got chopped up early, watched my edge disappear, and didn’t fight it. Some days the market doesn’t cooperate, respect that and protect capital.

Yesterday, I watched my setup trigger, passed on it, and then watched it run without me.

Old me would have chased the next candle. Current me logged it, accepted it, and waited for the next clean A+ trade.

Missed moves aren’t losses. Chasing them is.

Started the week clean. Caught a few pullbacks, added on confirmation, and stayed selective. No overtrading, no forcing runners.

Discipline is the courage to exit when your ego wants to hold and hope.

When you review the week, do you judge yourself by PnL or by how strictly you followed your plan, journal, and risk rules?

The answer usually explains your results over the next 12 months. ✍️

That feeling when the setup matches your rules and you trust your process enough to take it clean.

No hesitation. No second-guessing.

You don’t control the outcome, but you controlled your discipline.

That’s the real win. 🫡

When you sit down for your weekly review, do you grade yourself on PnL or on rule-following? And if a stranger read your journal, would they see a gambler or an operator?

Done for the week. 🧵

No home runs, just showing up, respecting risk, and letting normal sessions stack.

Consistency didn't come from chasing runners.
It came from not sabotaging the plan.

5 green days. No home runs, just showing up, respecting risk, and letting the playbook do its job.

The goal now is simple: repeat this level of focus next week, not the P&L.

Took a massive hit early, went down nearly $5,000. Walked away, cleared my head, came back when conditions changed. Re-entered with size control and rode the momentum back up without forcing a single trade.

Weekend review checklist:

- What did I do well?
- Where did I break my rules?
- What did my worst trade have in common with past losers?
- What will I do differently next week, specifically?

The traders who last are not the ones who crush every week.

They are the ones who can sit in cash on a Friday, review the damage, and come back Monday with a cleaner mind and a tighter plan.

When you take a loss, what do you review first: the setup quality, your position size, your emotions, or your adherence to the plan?

The answer usually reveals whether you’re actually trading a system or just reacting.

Patience rewarded. Hit a small drawdown mid-session, didn’t force it. Waited for the setup to repeat, scaled in clean, and closed when the edge disappeared.

Simple execution framework:

1. Frame higher timeframe bias.
2. Mark key levels.
3. Define entry, stop, target before clicking.
4. Size so a full loss is just data, not trauma.
5. Journal the trade.

Done.
