This year is full of firsts for me. Sourdough included. I have my first focaccia bread tonight. It’s tough but it has bubbles and a top and bottom crust. Hubby says salt and flour are cheaper and healthier and I couldn’t agree more. He’s excited. I’m excited. #sourdough #newexperiences #happiness
