Imo, some Investigator abilities can demand a fair bit from the GM that might be difficult to implement in a pre-written adventure. other than that Summoner may require some policing from the GM, as most players struggle to wrap their head around the action economy of the summoner and their eidolon

Glad you've been having a good time! I've not played/run Kingmaker (I've played the Owlcat video game) or Outlaws, but have heard good things! Too many PF adventures, so little time T-T Another game I've fallen in love with is The One Ring 2e! deffo recommend if you like LotR!

I’d say running the bounty is a good shout! It’ll give the 2 players a chance to warm up to the game, and they’ll also be able to help the rest of the group as well when you do the beginner box. For the Chupacabra, you can apply the weak template and that should be enough to not wipe!
