Yeah, it was a little misleading. I have another book by Stephen Silver who is very diverse in his range of styles, and it didn't even occur to me that it wasn't the same artist. It's someone they seem to work with a lot, though-- looking at their other books.

Okay, so thank you @beatrizrebolloart.bsky.social for pointing out that it is likely not the same artist. I really can't figure out who it is. Perhaps Master of Anatomy commissions artist so they don't have to include the name in the credit? I'm not sure. 😅

I've seen artists who can draw in a wide variety of styles. So, I wasn't sure.

The clothing book doesn't list any names in the credits. There are two styles shown in the book.

the stylization he showcases in most of his work is much stronger and appealing. So, hopefully he does stick with that, though I have no plans of purchasing things from him anymore regardless.

Thank you for your insight! I see the similarities to Ralph Bakshi, especially looking at Heavy Traffic. I do want to clarify that these books are new, though I suppose there is no way to know when the illustrations inside were drawn. I don't know if he's given it up, or if it's something new, but

Yeah, I bought two of his books from the kickstarter. The anatomy book has NOTHING like this. Everything looks great. But the clothing and body language book-- that is what these were in. I was just really surprised when I was flipping through.

Not to say that means that he isn't just going through something similar. I've never been in that position, so I cannot imagine. Just some things I saw while scrolling his Instagram. I'm sad he has kids that are being indoctrinated, too.

This person may be in the same position. IDK. He has a wife and kids, and is quoting bible verses and speaks about watching LDS conferences. He drew one of the members.
