Don't really know what I expected but still sad to see 4.0 delayed. Honestly I get the vibe that 3.8 wasn't originally planned (and seemed only made in response to reception to issues people had with Penacony's story), so not looking forward to potentially more weeks in a "filler" patch

Rare Fire Emblem post on the account: I'm not normally the biggest fans of the OC characters in Heroes, but damn has Book IX been cooking. I'm not the biggest fan of Baldr specifically but I think my favourite has to Vali with her weapon being a plush of her sister and the cool feather cap

Like, I can see them changing Edo Star to be less overtly Japanese-themed, but I think people talking about how this means planned characters aren't going to be released anymore might be tad off... I think we'll know for sure how big this is if 3.8 ends up getting extended or smth

It's looking like Genshin 6.2/Luna III/whatever you want to call it might be the first skip-ish patch for me in a while. Already have Venti and Xilo, and I don't care for Varesa, so I think the only stuff I'll try for is going to be Durin and maybe Venti's new sig

I think after completely nuking every HSR endgame this version with Castorice/Evernight/Cyrene/Hyacine (3/4 of them with sigs), I may have become a vertical investment believer

Was not expecting to get backstory crumbs on Dottore, but it makes sense since he's from Sumeru. Can't help but wonder if he becomes playable, if it'll be a younger segment who looks like this Akademiya Dottore we see here

Had about 120 pulls saved up going into the HSR 3.7, managed to get really lucky on the banners! Admittedly I was at like 60 pity on the Light Cone banner but I still got Cyrene’s off soft pity

As per usual with big new story patches, since HSR 3.7 drops tonight I'm going to go dark for a few days to avoid Amphoreus story spoilers. Hopefully not too many of the Chrysos Heirs die!

As much as I can’t wait to see the Amphoreus finale I’m also relieved HSR is wrapping up this storyline. I think a huge strength of the game can be how varied and unique the worlds are, and my one issue with the 3.X patch cycle is a near complete lack of Continuances or story content for old planets
