HR was asked to be lenient with me due to the circumstances of my mental health leave
But that will not help me when someone is looking at the books and seeing my "excessive" leave

It works more in the UK than the US. Not that that's saying much when we still have the same issues

I have a friend trying to justify the process by saying "You just need to be there on time - I can add it to my basket for you if you want" not understanding that it just shouldn't be that way

I love them

Ring them up this morning because their online system is new, obviously made a mistake somewhere. I was on hold for 1h25m when I accidentally drop my phone, catch it...and hang-up. I'm now 25m into waiting in the same queue again from the back of the line. No call-back/online messaging option

What's positive about it? 18 months for a second appointment is ludicrous.

You should've been fast tracked for your prior private healthcare, especially with you having had bottom surgery

Noting, I just want a blood test form. I am *not* letting someone from the GP take my bloods again. God, it was horrendous the one time I did to see if it would be easier to request than going to the hospital for it.
