Trump has been warned that if he uses security resources to track immigrants instead of terrorists there will be consequences.
Same with diverting anti terrorist resources to harass his political opponents.

Yes, the judge and jury determines if a crime has been committed. What happens to “those cops” if a Judge tosses it out? Will they be charged with crimes against a civilian with a lethal weapon? As of now, I do not see any checks of ICE or Border Patrol. We do not trust them carrying out the law.

So who decided and when that a horn honk is a “obstruction of justice”? What is tomorrow’s new form of “obstruction of justice”? If I use my turn signal tomorrow can I expect a gun in my face?
