Friends don't "come and go". Friends are forever, if so called "friends" left, then they never were friends in the first place, we make our decisions, it's up to them to accept them, we are in no obligation to please everyone's likes. They are the ones who have to accept what we do

I've made rigging for multiple models and new vrchat avatars so it's a big field I can work for you.
I work on auto rig pro. And most of my weight painting is done by hand.
Currently I am at a furry convention and vacations but after November 1 I can show more examples if this is still open by then

This is so the blender grid matches the same grid as slicer software for 3d print, perfect for showing the model in your slicer the same size it showed on Blender

You can follow some of these blender furhead tutorials, most cover how to make the head in real metric units for 3d printing later and use a dummy head inside of it to sculpt it properly for things like holes for the eyes in your actual IPD

That's easy, just place a sphere on Blender that has the same diameter as your skull, and a rectangle under it that's the length of your chin as a dummy, you can then place your sona's head on top of that sphere to do tweaks for the eye holes and such. Just set blender to show the metric size units

You can actually ask someone with a 3d printer to print in soft tpu a mesh of your 3d model head! You can even edit your model head to fit a head and make the eyes holes so you can have an accurate base of your head
