I had a stunning Rosé wine at an independent wine shop/bar in North Wales in the summer. Rosé not usually my bag (i like gutsy reds) but this was small batch, tasted like strawberries and cream....totally opened my eyes up to Aussie wines. Just wish i could remember the name of it now!! 🙈
