My first post in the world of Bluesky! Of course, my first post had to be of our puppy, Maud 🐾
Maud had a muddy walk so I bathed her; she dried off over several hours. I took her for a short walk this afternoon and we ended up in a storm and now I have to start the process again 😭

Majorly recommend #CouchTo5k to anyone venturing into fitness. Started a few months ago and was able to run for about 2-3 mins without taking an inhaler and feeling like it was a struggle. Just ran for 40mins and am now on 10k training. This felt like an impossibility before
