2012-2022 saw a 65% increase in children admitted with mental health concerns.

There has been over 500% increase in admissions for CYP with eating disorders in the same time period.

This is THE health crisis of our time, and it is barely making the news.

Our November report on disability benefits and barriers to work, published with Scope, had some stark findings about the hardship disabled people face.

Critical thinking isn't just about spotting biases & misinformation from other people, we need to look at our own thoughts too. We all have biases which can cloud how we filter information. Plus, in an evolving field like nutrition, knowing something was true before, doesn't mean it's true forever!
