I've gone from never ever drinking to now like 3-4 times drinking in the space of a month, I do 100% need to stop but I guess time will tell, luckily I have an appointment January which I didn't think I needed but I guess I do :/

OK so new pic on the left is me atm, yes blurry but holy crap, a little over 6 months on HRT I feel there's a huge difference I can look at the 1st pic and feel OK, 2nd pic I can't look after, I feel sick.

So, after spending a whole week with my gf a few weeks ago it has left me now with a sense of loneliness when I go to bed on my own, great times lol
